Day 1:

 
On the first day, the tour drives south from Perth with&nbsp;a few stops along the way. First, you&#39;ll see&nbsp;the charming seaside town of Mandurah, where&nbsp;the tour takes a coffee break. Then you&#39;ll visit&nbsp;Bunbury to see the&nbsp;Featured Wood Gallery &amp; Museum.&nbsp;The next stop is Busselton where the tour enjoys a delicious lunch. Following lunch you&#39;ll&nbsp;take a leisurely walk along the famous&nbsp;Busselton Jetty, the longest timber pile jetty in the southern hemisphere stretching 1.8km&nbsp;out into picturesque Geographe Bay.

After visiting the jetty, the tour continues toward <a href="/australia/margaret-river" target="_blank">Margaret River </a>where you&rsquo;ll have&nbsp;free time to stroll along the main street for some window shopping.&nbsp;As the day winds down, the tour heads to the McLeod family farm to spot Western Grey Kangaroos in their natural environment.&nbsp;You&nbsp;might even meet Neil&rsquo;s friendly horses! Before settling into your accommodation, the tour drives to the coast for spectacular views of world-class surf breaks.&nbsp;<a href="/australia/margaret-river" target="_blank">Margaret River</a> hosts the best surfers in the world during April/May each year for the Margaret River Pro!

Your night is spent in comfort at the four-star Margarets Beach Resort (by the coast)&nbsp;or&nbsp;Margarets Forest&nbsp;(in the town centre) or a similar standard of accommodation. Evening meal at your own expense.

Day 2: 
 
Day&nbsp;two is packed with food, wine, and cultural highlights! After breakfast,&nbsp;the tour departs for a&nbsp;day spent tasting local wine, beer, coffee, cheese, olive oil, and chocolate! The first stop is a&nbsp;winery, usually&nbsp;Redgate Winery but sometimes Brown Hill, Xanadu&nbsp;or&nbsp;Stella Bella. They each have an incredible range of award-winning wines.

Next, you&#39;ll get to experience the subtle flavours of extra virgin olive oils at Olio Bello. Including unique citrus pressed oils and sensational infused oils of roasted garlic and&nbsp;chilli and parmesan. They also have an incredible range of condiments such as chilli jam, tomato relish, honey mustard dressing, balsamic, pestos, and&nbsp;more. The tour stops for lunch at a&nbsp;local brewery where you&rsquo;ll also&nbsp;enjoy a complimentary crafted brew or local wine.

You&#39;ll visit two cellar doors in the afternoon. A few&nbsp;favourites including&nbsp;Brookwood Estate, Knotting Hill,&nbsp;Willespie, Thompson Estate, Robert Oatley &amp; Woody Nook. For the&nbsp;second winery visit in the afternoon, the tour&nbsp;offers a cheese and&nbsp;wine pairing. You&#39;ll learn how to match brie, camembert, smoked and&nbsp;vintage cheddar from the Margaret River Dairy Co with boutique wines. For the last stop,&nbsp;indulge in everything CHOCOLATE! Including&nbsp;handmade chocolate truffles and Chokka the chocolate Quokka! Enjoy chocolate samples or relax in the cafe with the perfect cup of coffee.

The tour returns for the evening to your accommodation at around 5:00 pm, where you can&nbsp;relax after a busy day and dine at your leisure (evening meal at your own&nbsp;expense).&nbsp;

Day 3:</h4>

On the third and final day, you&#39;ll explore the region&rsquo;s stunning&nbsp;scenery and&nbsp;natural and cultural attractions on a Forest, Cave &amp; Lighthouse Tour. After breakfast, the tour travels&nbsp;south to Redgate&nbsp;Beach, where you&rsquo;ll hear stories of shipwrecks and other tales of the region.&nbsp;The tour goes underground at the spectacular Mammoth Cave, one of just a few&nbsp;caves in the southwest that contains fossils.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

The tour continues with a&nbsp;scenic drive through the majestic Boranup Forest&nbsp;Drive to gaze at the&nbsp;trees towering over 65m tall. Bring your camera as this is one of the most beautiful pockets of forest in the southwest! The tour journies&nbsp;south to the picturesque Hamelin Bay where a jetty once stood. Built for exporting timber, this old jetty has been in ruins for many years. The Bay is most famous for the friendly stingrays that cruise the shallow waters.

The tour passes through the hilltop coastal town of Augusta with views of the Blackwood River on the way to Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse. The lighthouse marks the point where two oceans meet; the Southern Ocean and the Indian Ocean. Take a guided tour of the tallest lighthouse on mainland Australia and learn what life was like for the lighthouse keepers and their families. Watch out for whales &ndash; southern right, humpback, and blue whales can often be seen from the towers!

&nbsp;

You&#39;ll stop for lunch and a tea or coffee at the Deck Chair Caf&eacute; in Augusta. After lunch, the tour departs for your transfer back to Perth.&nbsp;Dropping off at your hotel in the city at around 6.00pm.
